The glamorous, flame-haired Nichola Smith is the hardest working woman in the catering industry. She is the director and chef of Healthy Yummies, an upscale, high-end, award-winning location catering company with an ethos on sustainability, seasonality and ethical sourcing.

The series follows the trials and tribulations of running a fast-paced catering business such as dealing with main suppliers ingredients getting lost in transit, staff members arriving late for work and vital equipment breaking down at the eleventh hour to name but a few.
